Woodpecker Beef
Ingredients ( 2 portions)
- 400g Beef , cut into strips
- 4 gloves garlic, cut into slices
- 50ml beer
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp powdered bay leaf
- 1 tbsp mustard
- salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp pickles, chopped
- 2 tbsp black olives
Follow the steps
- Put a frying pan in a medium heat and start by frying the sliced garlic.
- Add the beef and cook to medium-rare.
- Join in the bay leaf powder, salt and pepper for seasoning and the tbsp of mustard.
- Let cook about 2 minutes before adding the beer.
- Reduce the flame and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- After turning off the heat, add the chopped pickles on top.
