Portuguese Bras Chicken

Ingredients (2 portions):

  • 300g chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 150g ready potato sticks
  • 4 medium eggs, beaten
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 50ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • Salt & Black Pepper
  • Black olives and coriander, for garnish

Follow the steps

  1. In a bowl mix the chicken with the paprika, salt, black pepper, half the chopped garlic and the white wine. Involve all and let it rest.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large (non-stick) pan and cook the rest of the garlic with the onion. Aut 2 minutes and put aside.
  3. In the same pan, without washing put the chicken and stir-fry until the meat is cooked.
  4. Put in the fried onions with the garlic.
  5. Add the potato sticks and stir gently.
  6. Make a hole in the center of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs.
  7. Involve everything and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
  8. After turning off the heat, put on top some black olives and some leafs of coriander.
