Portuguese Bras Chicken
Ingredients (2 portions):
- 300g chicken breast, cut into strips
- 150g ready potato sticks
- 4 medium eggs, beaten
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 50ml white wine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- Salt & Black Pepper
- Black olives and coriander, for garnish
Follow the steps
- In a bowl mix the chicken with the paprika, salt, black pepper, half the chopped garlic and the white wine. Involve all and let it rest.
- Heat the olive oil in a large (non-stick) pan and cook the rest of the garlic with the onion. Aut 2 minutes and put aside.
- In the same pan, without washing put the chicken and stir-fry until the meat is cooked.
- Put in the fried onions with the garlic.
- Add the potato sticks and stir gently.
- Make a hole in the center of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs.
- Involve everything and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
- After turning off the heat, put on top some black olives and some leafs of coriander.
